Kenji Kamiyama (神山健治, Kamiyama Kenji), né le 20 mars 1966 dans la préfecture de Saitama, au Japon, est un réalisateur d'anime japonais.
Il a travaillé régulièrement avec le studio d'anime et l'entreprise de production, Production I.G, comme son travail sur Jin-Roh, Patlabor, Blood : The Last Vampire, et pour lequel il a réalisé le Ghost in the Shell : Stand Alone Complex, une série télévisée d'anime, qui a été suivie d'une deuxième saison, Ghost in the Shell : S.A.C.
2nd GIG et un téléfilm, Ghost in the Shell : Après avoir travaillé comme artiste de fond pour des productions telles que Akira et Kikis Delivery Service, il a rejoint l'équipe Oshii à la Production I.G, où il a contribué au scénario de Blood : The Last Vampire et a travaillé comme directeur de l'animation pour Jin-Roh.
En 2002, il a fait ses débuts en tant que réalisateur avec MiniPato, suivi de Ghost in the Shell : Stand Alone Complex et Ghost in the Shell : S.A.C.

En 2007, après presque six ans de travail sur le monde de Stand Alone Complex, il a réalisé la série télévisée Guardian of the Sacred Spirit et Eden of the East.
