Mary Debra Winger (née le 16 mai 1955) est une actrice et productrice américaine.
Elle a été acclamée par la critique pour sa performance dans Urban Cowboy en 1980.
Elle a ensuite été nominée aux Oscars dans An Officer and a Gentleman, Terms of Endearment et Shadowlands et a été nominée pour quatre Golden Globe, deux BAFTA, un Emmy Award, le National Society of Film Critics Award for Best Actress for Terms of Endearment et le Tokyo International Film Festival Award for Best Actress pour A Dangerous Woman.
