Richard Hugh Lynch (12 février 1940 - 19 juin 2012) était un acteur américain surtout connu pour avoir représenté des méchants au cinéma et à la télévision.
Parmi les films qu'il a réalisés, mentionnons The Sword and the Sorcerer, Invasion USA, The Seven-Ups, Scarecrow, Little Nikita, Bad Dreams, God Told Me To, Puppet Master 3, Trancers 2, Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween, et plus récemment Lords of Salem (bien que sa mauvaise santé l'ait obligé à être remplacé par Andrew Prine au début de la production du film).
